FIRST MSP Cancellation and Refund Policy

I understand and agree that if I do not show up or I am significantly late for class I forfeit my course fee.

I understand and agree that any request for cancellation or rescheduling of a class by me requires a twenty-five dollar ($25) processing fee.

I understand and agree that there are NO cancellations or rescheduling of my course date within 10 days of my scheduled class.

I understand and agree that I must attend all sessions of the course in their designed sequence and that if I am late for, fail to attend or complete any session my ENTIRE fee will be forfeited. No refunds or make-ups will be offered in this event.

I understand and agree that if I am unable to complete successfully all portions of the course, for any reason, my ENTIRE fee will be forfeited.

I understand and agree that I may be counseled out of the class for not achieving the objectives of any exercise within the allotted time or for failing to abide by course safety and instructional guidelines as set forth by my RiderCoaches and that I will forfeit my entire fee in this case.

I understand and agree that I must allow additional time in my course scheduling for the possibility of inclement weather or the need for additional learning time.

I understand and agree that FIRST MSP may, at its sole discretion, cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, weather or any other reason. In the event of such cancellation my full fee will be refunded if we are unable to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time and date.

I understand and agree that my course registration and this application are non-transferable.

I understand and agree that I must provide the following to participate in the course: valid NYS Driver’s License, long pants, long sleeved shirt or jacket, sturdy over the ankle footwear, full fingered gloves, eye protection and a DOT approved helmet. I understand that I will not be permitted to participate and will forfeit the ENTIRE fee if I fail to provide the above items.
